Sourced from a single vineyard in the Coal River Valley, Tasmania, this Riesling was fermented in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned French oak and spent two weeks in contact with its skins before spending 6 months resting on lees. The resulting wine benefits from racy acid, bright floral and ripe citrus notes and an incredible lemon pith texture all playing out over a long finish.
