Sourced from a single vineyard in the Coal River Valley, Tasmania, hand-harvested and partially whole bunch fermented (15%) with native yeasts, this compelling cool-climate Syrah was then matured in French oak puncheons, 40% of which were new.
This is cool-climate Syrah at it’s finest, with lifted notes of violets, herbs and plums. On the palate the refined acid line and velvety tannins ensure incredible drinking pleasure now and over the coming decades.
