Roland Lavantureux founded his eponymous domaine in 1978, building a reputation for consistency and quality by sourcing from a diverse range of plots acquired over the years. Today, the estate is run by Roland’s two sons, Arnaud and David, and boasts an outstanding array of vineyards spanning the full hierarchy of the Chablis appellation. This, combined with a deft touch in the cellar, has made Domaine Lavantureux one of the most sought-after names in Chablis today.
