After a long hiatus, it’s with great pleasure and sheer excitement that we are back doing our in store masterclasses – and what better way to kick things off than tasting one of the finest wines in the world!

Eponymously named after American financier and banker Clarence Dillon, who founded the company after purchasing Château Haut-Brion in 1935, Dillon Family Wines has expanded to include neighbouring Château La Mission Haut-Brion (also considered one of the finest modern day properties in Bordeaux) and Château Tertre Daugay, now renamed Château Quintus in Saint-Emilion.

This is a unique opportunity to taste some of the finest and highly regarded wines in Bordeaux today through the lens of one of the most acclaimed vintages in recent times. We’ll also discuss the history of each of the Châteaux owned by Dillon Family Wines as well as the Clarence Dillon’s long-lived affinity for France and fine wine.

Château Haut-Brion 2015
“Having had the pleasure of many great wines from this estate in the past – 1945, 1955, 1959, 1961 and 1989 – the 2015 belongs among that pantheon.”
