Domaine Cordier Bourgogne Blanc Jean de Vignes 2019

This wine was such a find last year and the 2015 on the way is another great cuvee. Sourced from 25 year old estate vineyards in Pouilly Loche this is hand picked then fermented in foudre and steel. Battonage using Christophe’s state of the art automated battonage ‘propellers’ at the bottom of the Foudre this wine is superb value and a true representation of Chardonnay from the south of Burgundy.
