  • L.A.S. - Luck, Art, Science
  • 'The new guard' - Mike Bennie
  • Chardonnay, Pinot Noir Blend

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the same vineyard with different amounts of co-fermentation, whole bunch pressing and skin contact blended together as one. Left to rest and mature in oak and amphora for 13 months before blending and bottling un-fined and un-filtered.?
The colour of an autumn sunset, every shade of orange and pink. The smell of strawberries and roses fresh from Nonnas garden. Buttered popcorn and watermelon on the table too. The taste of the sea; refreshing and alive. The funkiest, most complex, flavoursome rendition of the Albino PNO to date.

“Golden colour with a pink tease. Complex bouquet of strawberries, fresh figs, wild honey and peaches – the longer in the glass the more in reveals. Strong chardonnay influence on this wine – textured and concentrated mid – palate, it’s powerful yet balanced. Stone fruits rather than classic red berries steering the ship. A compelling wine that re- defines the category. Deserves serious attention.” – Nick Butler, The Real Review “Golden colour with a pink tease. “This is a lively blend of pinot noir and chardonnay. Both varieties have been matured and fermented separately with the wine going through a full secondary fermentation. Textured and highly flavoursome it is a beautiful rich and lavishly butterscotchy with a creamy, light, red fruit character. Love it… ” – Ray Jordan, The West Australian “This is a lively blend of pinot noir and chardonnay.
