“The 2022 Morgon Corcelette veers more toward red fruit on the nose compared to the Au Michelon, quite stony and, to quote Mee Godard herself, less “sunny” than you would expect from this vintage. The palate is medium-bodied with concentrated red berry fruit, white pepper and light graphite notes. This is a “serious” Morgon with a dry finish that will require some bottle age to soften.”
