  • Vin de Soif – Wine for thirst!
  • Grenache blend
  • 92 points – James Halliday

This wine is like a mini Chateauneuf du Pape blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Carignan. The Grenache is sourced from vineyards up to 80 years old. The price simply doesn’t make sense on this cuvee, just delicious. Fermented then aged seasoned French barrels of 17 months.

James Halliday

“74% grenache, 17% mataro, 9% carignan, matured in used French oak for 18 months. Highly spiced red fruits on the bouquet, then a firm, vibrant counterbalance between red fruits and finely ground tannins, long finish” – 92 Points – James Halliday
