James Erskine from Jauma Wines, the driving force behind Jauma, boasts an impressive array of accomplishments in the wine industry. Despite securing prestigious titles such as the Gourmet Wine Traveller Sommelier of the Year, dux of the Court of Master Sommelier exams, and being a Len Evans Scholar, Erskine’s passion for winemaking ultimately prevailed. Following his studies in Agriculture Science at Adelaide and at the renowned UC Davis, Erskine established Jauma in 2010, at the dawn of the natural wine movement’s evolution in Australia.

100% McLaren Vale, 100% natural, and 100% organic, Jauma’s wines eschew any sulphur, additives, fining agents or filtration. These are the epitome of earth-to-glass wines: clean, pure and incredibly expressive of site.

We are thrilled to be able to showcase his new releases at an exclusive in store tasting including some aged bottles which will offer a unique opportunity to witness the aging potential of these profoundly ‘natural’ wines.
