We want you to enjoy every bottle you order from Le Pont. But sometimes things do happen, so if there’s ever an issue, contact us and we’ll endeavour to resolve the situationvas quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Although we take every precaution to ensure all deliveries arrive safely, occasionally things do happen. If you receive the wrong item or your wine arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange return shipping at our expense and issue a full refund or replacement once the goods are returned in their original condition.

Faulty wine? 

If a wine you have purchased from a Le Pont Wine Store or online is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse) we will happily supply a full refund, provide a store credit, or send a replacement bottle if available.

Le Pont Wine Store reserves the right to assess any wine to assess the quality and any potential fault before offering an amicable solution. 

For any claims regarding faulty wines please contact us within 60 days of your purchase.

Le Pont Wine Store reserves the right to refuse refunds should we deem the claim to be inaccurate.

Change of Mind or Customer Error

If you’ve ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return freight will be at your cost, and a refund will be processed within 30 days once the wine is received in good condition.

Note - refunds will only be supplied if the wine is as per its original condition and without any label damage

  • Returns are accepted for unopened bottles only.
  • Refunds are made only via the original payment method.
  • Please keep your order confirmation for reference.
  • We cannot accept returns for wine damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
