Just for now, all gift cards purchased online are only redeemable online and all gift vouchers purchased in store are only redeemable in store. But this is short-lived as all gift cards will have redeemable cross-channel in the New Year.

Prices for most items are cheaper online so there is incentive to purchase online we launch our new site. The full inventories of the stores are not listed online, only select items. Volume discounts for purchases of 6
bottles upwards still remain in store.

Discounts are generally uniform relative to purchase quantity, however, if you have specific requirements regarding trade or large volume purchase we are happy to discuss. Contact our teamto discuss.

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier partners experienced in handling wine. Some remote areas may have limited service — please contact us if you’re unsure.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free delivery applies to all orders over $250. Complimentary delivery may apply for larger or curated selections, details are shown before you confirm payment.

Most metropolitan deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days. Regional areas may take a few extra days. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress. In some instances we may hold orders due to impending weather conditions.

We can’t guarantee exact timing, but you’re welcome to add delivery notes at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Same-day delivery is occasionally available within some metroploitan areas for orders placed before midday and if a particular product is in stock. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Click and Collect is currently not available but will be very soon. Please contact the relevant store directly to enquire about availability.

Gift cards are available in both physical and digital form. Currently, physical gift cards purchased in store can only be redeemed in store. Likewise, gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed online, not in store. We have extended the 'use by' time for online gift cards by 12 months as we continue to populate the online store. All gift cards will soon be available to redeem online or in store.

Simply enter your gift card code at checkout. If your order exceeds the card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

Absolutely. Just write “This is a gift” in the text box on the cart page and include your personal message. We’ll ensure your order is beautifully packed, and no pricing information will be included in the parcel.

Yes. We regularly release curated selections and seasonal packs, featuring exclusive or limited-release wines. You can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be notified of the latest offerings.

A membership program is currently in development. It will offer exclusive access to rare releases, tasting events, and member-only benefits. Stay tuned via our newsletter or blog for details.

Absolutely. We have a busy event programmeat each of stores featuring masterclasses, wine dinners and in store tastings. Event details are announced via our mailing list and social media channels and details are available through the website.
