Christopher Tsiolis
Christopher was a Paddington native who was lured north to Avalon 15 years ago and continued to commute for work across NSW as a major projects operations manager, after a 25-year career in construction, the appeal of working and living in Avalon was too good to miss.Growing up in a family with multiple restaurants, he developed an interest for food and wine from an early age while working as a waiter and bartender. His interest has now manifested it self in his new role as Store Manager at the Clareville Wine Store
