Expatrite Englishmans, Sean O’Callaghan's wines from Radda sit at some of the highest altitudes in Chianti Classico, on rocky galestro and alberese soils. The fruit is organically farmed and fermented in open concrete and oak vats using native yeasts, with no temperature control. Around 20% whole bunches bring perfume and tension. The 2021 is refined and expressive, showing sour cherry, blood orange and spice over chalk-fine tannins. Aged 12 months in old tonneaux and cement, it’s transparent and precise, a vivid expression of Sangiovese grown in cool, stony hills.

There is no minimum order, you can order a single bottle or a mixed case.
Le Pont Wine Stores supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and, depending on your location, use the services of Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. For delivery to most Australian cities, please allow five working days and seven for rural and regional areas.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it. We will contact you by telephone to arrange an alternative delivery time.
We offer free delivery for all orders over $250.
For orders under $250, delivery charges will apply for each singular carton, (ie; 18 bottles will equal 2 cartons – 1 carton of 6 and another of 12). This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout.
“I’ve ordered the wrong item”
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Le Pont Wine Stores will issue a full refund for the goods within 30 days.
“I’ve received the incorrect item”
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Le Pont Wine Stores and you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify Le Pont Wine Stores strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Le Pont Wine Stores will request that you return the incorrect items in the original carton. On receipt of the intact returned goods, and within 30 days, Le Pont Wine Stores will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.
