Few wine regions capture the nuances of terroir quite like Chablis, and few of its rising stars are generating as much excitement as Édouard Vocoret. Born into one of Chablis’ established winegrowing families, Édouard has forged his own path and now has a slew of reacquired vineyards that cement this as one of the top addresses in the entire region.
Join us and Édouard as we taste through a selection of his portfolio, comprising the just-arrived 2024 vintage, highlighted by some of the Premier Crus and a mini-vertical of his emblematic village lieu-dit, ‘Le Bas de Chapelot’. Édouard will guide us through the nuances of each of the vineyards as well as recent vintages.
To complement the wines, we'll be serving some classic Chablis-friendly delicacies, including fresh oysters and sashimi and of course fromage à l’Affidélice.
