Few wine regions offer more intrigue than the Jura, nestled in the foothills of the Alps in eastern France. Join us for a special evening with Cédric Ducoté, General Manager of Domaine Rolet, as we explore one of the region’s historic benchmark estates.
Founded in 1942, Domaine Rolet today encompasses 65 hectares across Arbois, Côtes du Jura, L’Étoile and Château-Chalon, providing a remarkable window into the diversity of this fascinating wine region. Cédric, who grew up among the vineyards of nearby Burgundy, joined Rolet in 2018. Under his direction, the domaine has entered an exciting new chapter, balancing its traditional identity with organic viticulture and increasingly precise, thoughtful winemaking.
Cédric will personally guide us through the distinctive grapes, terroirs and winemaking traditions of the Jura—from Poulsard and Trousseau to Chardonnay and Savagnin—before culminating with one of the region’s most distinctive wines, Rolet's 2016 Vin Jaune. This is a rare opportunity to explore one of France’s most compelling wine regions with a true Jura insider.
