At the heart of Clos Saouma is the singular vision of Mounir and Rotem Saouma, whose reputation was first forged in Burgundy through their revered micro négociant house Lucien Le Moine. Since 2009 they have brought the same meticulous, élevage-driven philosophy to the Southern Rhône where Clos Saouma has quickly established itself as one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s most distinctive producers—crafting wines that favour texture, perfume and finesse over sheer power.
We invite you to join us in the Cleland Bond Room at The Cut Bar & Grill for an intimate dinner which will focus on a selection of rare and highly limited Clos Saouma cuvées instead of the normal bottlings —wines seldom seen on Australian shores. This is a unique opportunity to explore the breadth of the portfolio and learn about why these specific cuvees were created. The wines will be paired with a thoughtfully curated three-course menu.
